Jeremy Clark
Owner
Jeremy Clark founded In-House Flex (previously known as Compass Health Law Solutions) in 2015 after a 10 year stint at LifePoint Health. Jeremy has also worked for Community Health Systems and served as General Counsel for TractManager, Inc. (later acquired by symplr). Jeremy has built his practice around assisting companies of all sizes cover their legal service needs through creative and efficient outsourced solutions and fractional general counsel coverage. Jeremy holds a degree from the University of Tennessee (1998) and a law degree from Vanderbilt Law School (2001). Jeremy lives in Franklin with his wife Nicole, and two daughters, Abby (17) and Kate (14).
Catherine Cameron
Director of Legal Operations
Catherine Cameron joined In-House Flex in 2021. Catherine is a seasoned legal operations and contracting specialist with over 18 years of experience in fostering process improvement within legal departments. Catherine currently manages the day-to-day legal tasks for In-House Flex clients in the areas of process improvement and design and general support for day-to-day legal operations. Catherine holds a degree from Miami University, and currently resides in Nashville with her husband, Tyler, and two sons, Colin and Isaac.
